Real Pierre’s Bride: From Pierre’s Stylist to Pierre’s Bride | Sami and Keegan’s Grand Rapids Wedding

At our boutique, every wedding that we take part in holds a special place in our heart. This one in particular though, made us smile like no other!

On april 11th, 2026, Sami married Keegan at Venue3Two, surrounded by the people they love most. Before Sami became a Pierre’s bride, she spent years helping hundreds of brides just like herself find their own dream dress as one of our expert stylists!

Getting to watch one of our own walk down the aisle, especially someone as beautiful and incredible as Sami is something we will never forget. Over the years, she’s watched our team’s kids grow up, celebrated countless “yes” moments alongside us, and built lifelong friendships that made Pierre’s feel like a second home.

You’d think finding her own wedding dress would be easy after years of helping other women find theirs, but for Sami, it actually came with a lot of pressure. She shared with us,

“I felt so much pressure when it came to starting wedding dress shopping. Of course, I wanted to feel and look beautiful, but I had spent years helping other women feel that way, and somehow it felt harder when it came to my own dress.”

Even with years of bridal experience, Sami’s dream dress ended up being the one she least expected. For her wedding day, Sami chose Trinity by Morilee New York (style 1370). A sparkly and stunning strapless ballgown that perfectly captured our beautiful bride’s personality!

When we asked Sami about the moment she tried her dress on for the first time, she told us,

“”My dress ended up being the one we pulled to make my mom happy. She wanted to see me in a big, sparkly ballgown, which wasn’t at all what I thought I wanted. But when I put it on, I remember telling Sarah before we left the dressing room, ‘Oh shoot, I think I really like this.’ Sure enough, the big, sparkly princess ballgown was the dress of my dreams.”

She also shared about her experience with her stylist, Sarah,

“Sarah knew exactly how to put me at ease and make the whole experience so much fun. She helped sort through the many dresses my family pulled from the racks for me. She perfectly balanced being my stylist and my friend.”

One of the sweetest parts of this wedding was getting to continue celebrating with the entire family. Along with Sami’s gown, Pierre’s also helped style the mother of the bride! Sami’s mom stunned guests in an elegant off the shoulder MGNY gown (Style 73115 in Champagne).

Watching someone who has spent so much time celebrating other brides become one herself was incredibly special for our team. Sami has poured so much love into helping others during her time as a Pierre’s stylist over the years, seeing that same excitement returned to her on her own wedding day was something we will always cherish.

Congratulations, Sami & Keegan! Thank you for allowing Pierre’s to be apart of this next chapter- not only as your bridal boutique, but as part of our family. Cheers to a lifetime of love, beautiful memories, and choosing each other every single day!
