17 Jan Hanks / Taylor Wedding – A Wedding on Horseback

We remember receiving the call to schedule Terrah’s first Bridal Appointment. As per every bridal booking, we asked if there was anything specific she was looking for in her wedding gown to which she quickly replied, “I need to be able to get onto a hose in my wedding gown.” That is when we knew we were in for one of our most memorable wedding journey’s to date. “Terrah arrived for her first appointment in September 2019 and I had no idea who she was other than the fact her name was Terrah Hanks and she was looking for a fit n flare style wedding gown that was manageable on a horse.” Says Bridal Stylist and Co-owner Sarah, “But as the appointment went on and I got to know her more, I connected the dots on why she seemed so familiar and was riding horses for her western romantic wedding.” Terrah is very well recognized for her commercials at Sundance Chevrolet.
Terrah and husband Chad’s Wedding took place September 5, 2020 up north at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Our Pierre’s Family has grown to love and adore Terrah, Chad and their entire family since the day she first stepped into our store. The relationships have grown from a first time bridal appointment to a friendship that’ll be cherished forever. She wore a stunning Morilee by Madeline Gardner Wedding Gown, Style 2139 Sofia in Ivory/Champagne with Morilee Headpiece HP4049 and Pierre’s Cathedral Beaded Veil. Her bridesmaids were breathtaking in their Morilee by Madeline Gardner Bridesmaid’s Dress in Mulberry along with all of the men wearing their Pierre’s Charcoal Grey Suit coats from Rondinelli Wholesale Tuxedo. Groom Chad wore a Pierre’s black Suit coat and the jeans, boots, and hats were the perfect touch of western elegance for their looks.
Terrah and Chad’s Wedding was recently featured in My North Wedding Magazine with photos from one of the most breathtakingly beautiful days September had offered. Click the link below to view the full article on the love we at Pierre’s were so fortunate to experience and be a part of.
