Thank you for shopping with our Pierre’s Bridal Outlet!

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL regardless of circumstances.  We are not responsible for delays beyond our control or for variations in dye lots.  Alterations are not performed in our store, we are able to provide references.  All dresses purchased and selected for in-store pickup option much be picked up within 10 days of purchase.  Dresses selected for in-store pickup are solely a pickup and carry only and cannot be tried on in store.  Any/All dresses not picked up within the 10 day pickup period will become property of Pierre’s Bridal, Prom & Tuxedo and your deposit(s) and payment(s) will be forfeited.
